1. Scholarly License

Authors retain ownership of all content, figures, tables, and text contained within manuscripts submitted to Abroad Simplified. By submitting your paper, you grant Abroad Simplified a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to format, host, translate, index, archive, and distribute the work in connection with our academic database.

2. Open Access Licensing

All articles accepted and published through our platform are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. This license allows third parties to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, provided that credit is given to the original authors.

3. DMCA Copyright Infringement Claims

Abroad Simplified respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement within our platform or published manuscripts, please file a DMCA Takedown notice with our designated copyright agent containing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location (URL or DOI link).
  • Your contact details (Email, Phone, Address).

4. Retractions and Corrections

If a published manuscript is verified to contain plagiarized text or figures without appropriate credit, Abroad Simplified will issue a formal retraction notice, tag the digital manuscript record as Retracted, and update the author's platform metrics to preserve scholastic transparency.
