Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing our system.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting manuscripts, reviewing publications, or using any feature of the Abroad Simplified Academic Publishing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
2. User Accounts & Security
Users may register under specific academic roles (Researchers, Reviewers, or Publishers). You represent and warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
3. Manuscript Submission & Copyright
When submitting a research paper, you verify that you are the original author or authorized creator of the manuscript. Authors maintain copyright of their work while granting Abroad Simplified a non-exclusive license to publish, index, and distribute the work in connection with our scholarly journal pipeline.
4. Academic Ethics & Code of Conduct
Abroad Simplified maintains the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submissions, or unethical peer-review behavior will result in immediate termination of account access, retraction of manuscripts, and deletion from our community directory.
5. Limitation of Liability
The platform and all contents are provided on an "as is" basis. Abroad Simplified does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free editing, or validation of third-party peer reviews. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
